Your application will be submitted to the Membership Committee. The Committee or our General Manager will notify you when the application is received. You will be notified as to the status of your application within a few days of receipt.
The Committee will review your application and a recommendation will be submitted to the Board of Directors.
The application fee is $250.00. A minimum of $500.00 must be included with this application and the balance to be paid in your second year of membership. This fee is non-refundable and $250.00 of this fee is applied towards your dues. Note: The Fee has been waived until June of this year.
Filling out the Application
You can download the fill-in PDF here. You can fill it out on your computer, save it and print it, but you MUST sign it by hand before delivering or mailing it to the club.
You must provide the names of two members of WCC for sponsorship. You may also submit a character reference from each of them or else one of them will be contacted for this purpose. If you are new to the area, a character reference from the Golf Professional or Club Official from your former club will be acceptable.
A credit report may be obtained before the Board reaches its final decision.
